New Member Application

Teachers join the MMTA by joining the Music Teachers National Association (MTNA), and selecting Maine as the state affiliate.

State dues and national dues are totaled into one payment and submitted with the application. There are four categories of national membership. The additional state dues for MMTA are $15.00 for Active Members, and $7.50 for Senior Members; there is no state fee for Collegiate Members.

The MTNA New Member Application Form may be downloaded as a PDF. This form lists Maine as the state affiliate, and makes note of the state dues. It also explains the four levels of MTNA membership.

You may also join MTNA and MMTA online by visiting the MTNA membership page. After you choose your membership level and click "Join now," you will be able to select Maine as your state affiliate.
